World of Warships with broken ranked battle

So, after I reached ranked 1, I just feel many things in this game is broken. Those things are well hidden in the chaos of random battle but emphasis on ranked battle. I feel I need to address them out.

If you attended ranked battle and reached higher than rank 5, you will know what I'm talking about.

1: Ship choice is very limited
From rank 10, you can use tier7 and tier8 ships, but since tier balance is so off this game, tier7 ships are useless in most situation.

Even if you have tier8 ships, not everyone is useful. Things are simple, if you are not use following ships, you become a liability and risk of your team.

AMAGI
TIRPIZ

CA
ATAGO
MOGAMI

DD
BENSON
FUBUKI

Except DD, USN line is just useless in ranked battle.



2: Concealment Expert skill is too OP on DD
FUBUKI and BENSON, both using camo, but if BENSON captain have that skill, FUBUKI captain don't BENSON can out conceal FUBUKI, less than 6km spot range, good luck to find it in CA or BB

3: Win or lose, is random
Skilled based MM is not there, team is random, so ya, shit...
